Heywood Veterinary Centre
Heywood is a veterinary practice operating in the North West. Their main goal when we started working together was to become one of the most productive veterinary practices in the Manchester area.
After performing a comprehensive website audit I discovered multiple technical glitches such as redirect loops, generated when the domain was SSL-encrypted (from http to https), broken images or errors with the canonical tags. I also detected multiple thin content pages scattered throughout the domain.
As part of the internal optimisation strategy, all technical errors found in the audit were corrected and the redirects causing loops were resolved.
I also worked on the cotnent by searching for localised keywords as well as creating better internal linking. The web architecture was also restructured to hierarchise the pages with the highest search tendency.
On a local SEO level, I’ve optimised their Google My Business profile and added schema mark-up to all the relevant pages. Those changes, together with the content revamp, helped the brand to grow its regional presence. After 3 months of internal work the results were an organic growth of 150.4% from an average of 200 users to 500 per month. The SERPs ranking was also positively impacted, bringing 60% of the targeted keywords to the first page of Google, as you can see in the graph below:
Finally, I created a small link building and branding campaign aiming to increase the website’s authority and the volume of external citations.

Espacio Organico is a local supermarket based in the north of Madrid. When Espacio Organico contacted me, they lacked local visibility in search results despite being one of the most recognised supermarkets in the Alcobendas neighbourhood – one of the most densely populated in Madrid.
I designed a complete end-to-en SEO campaign with the clear objective of increasing their local visibility and boosting their online sales.
When I started working with Espacio Organico, I realised how big their website was. At the time, they were selling over 10,000 products on Prestashop, which is a high number considering they are a local supermarket.
The first clear red flag spotted was indexability. Due to the high volume of products and sub-pages, search engines were not crawling most of the SKUs, which critically affected their visibility and conversion rate.
On the other hand, I discovered several unnecessarily indexed pages, mainly tags and category pages automatically generated by Prestashop. These pages were using a high crawl budget, which was keeping relevant pages from being indexed.
To redistribute the crawl budget towards the most relevant pages, I made changes to the robots.txt file to block all unnecessary pages so that search engines could read and index all product pages and categories.
I also came up with a broad content strategy and optimised internal structures such as interlinking and structured data markup.

WORKING is a graphic design studio based in the outskirts of Harrogate (North Yorkshire). They grew from a small freelance business to an SME in just a matter of months, and wanted to boost their sales within a competitive industry.
Despite their original requirement was to develop a Search campaign, WORKING’s website was too confusing at the time I started collaborating with them, so I decided to completely revamp their website so improve the navigation and User Experience delivered.
Once their brand-new website was up and running, I created a complete search campaign, combining Paid Media and SEO to drive paid traffic whilst we optimised their website.
I designed a their new website using a WordPress theme, to simplify the cost and reduce the timeframes, but making sure it kept the spirit and messaging from a local graphic design studio.
After two months of design and development, I deployed the site and started to work on the Search campaign. I separated WORKING’s objectives into two stages: short term and long term.
Their clear long-term objective was to generate a consistent flow of clients without ongoing investment. To achieve this I designed a comprehensive SEO strategy that targeted both the local audience – using local SEO – and the national clients.
I then used an Instagram paid campaign to increase their traffic in the short-term whilst the website was being optimised internally.
